- Order Data: if you buy hardware from us, includes your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, what you ordered, and the amount and status of your payment (see Section 6).

This website uses Ezoic Inc. ("Ezoic") and its partners to manage and serve advertisements. Ezoic may use cookies and web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information during your visit to optimize the ad experience.

6. Orders, Payments & the Hardware Waitlist
Payments for Invictus hardware are processed by Stripe. You enter your card or wallet details on Stripe's secure checkout page; they are sent to Stripe and are never received or stored by Invictus Sports. We receive and keep the Order Data described above so that we can fulfil and ship your order, provide support, and keep the records we are required to keep. We keep it for as long as that requires.
If you join the hardware waitlist, we store your email address to let you know when the Invictus Ticker is available.
